Data Management Plan

As well as a literary festival, the Stay-at-Home! Festival is a research project that investigates inclusivity, diversity, and accessibility in live literature. This section refers to our data management plan in relation to our ongoing research. For more general enquiries, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

How will the Stay-at-Home! Literary Festival store and data collection in evaluative surveys?

The Stay-at-Home! Literary Festival will securely store research data and survey responses on the University of Glasgow’s Active Directory Network in line with the university’s data management policy. The festival will use this data to write reports and publish findings.

Where we store data with a cloud provider, this may be outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

The Stay-at-Home! Literary Festival will share the results of this survey securely with lead partners, Paper Nations, the Centre for Education and Youth (CfEY), and with other genuine researchers.

Your name will never be linked to what you say in evaluative surveys unless you specifically give your permission. Quotes from your survey responses may be used in CfEY’s report to Paper Nations and the Stay-at-Home! Literary Festival, and other public outputs such as websites and blogs.
